Shipping policy

At Hoodraised Studio, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the studio for dispatch within 2 hours after the order is placed. Our team and the courier (HayPost) process the orders, which takes an additional 1-2 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–20 business days. US orders typically take between 20 and 25 business days to arrive at their destination (after the item is packed and ready) but can take longer for some rare cases.
